(VANCOUVER) - B.C. artists and their supporters were out in full force today at Vancouver's Community Roundhouse Centre for the kick-off of BC Scene and what will be the largest gathering of British Columbia artists ever presented outside the province. Heather Moore, the festival's Producer and Executive Director, unveiled an incredible roster of established and emerging artists who will be participating in this unique event in the Spring of 2009 in Ottawa-Gatineau.
